Environ Skin Care is committed to protecting the environment and strives to improve products, packaging, and manufacturing operations wherever possible to reduce the impact in accordance with ISO 14001. All processed water is treated in an effluent plant before being discharged into the municipal waste and we have an extensive recycling operation to prevent unnecessary landfill. Where applicable, raw materials are selected from suppliers to promote sustainability. Environ is exploring alternative packaging that supports sustainability but still offers protection for our cornerstone active ingredients that are sensitive to air and light.
Cosmetic packaging material can be recycled in different ways, and some cannot be recycled at all. Follow these steps to help you understand the recycling information for Environ Skin Care product packaging:
- Please read “How to Interpret the Recycling Information” which explains the symbols you will see listed for each Environ Product in the different Ranges. The symbols indicate the packaging material, recyclability, and instructions for how to discard the packaging parts safely and properly if they are recyclable.
- Click on the Range Name drop-down menu to find the recycling information for each product listed in the Environ Ranges.
